[Well, Raidou can't fully disagree. He nods a little. His past run ins with the military were certainly... interesting.]
Any port in a storm, though, eh? Two gigantic dragons, and 60 or so small Outsiders. Ah. 59, perhaps.

We seem to gain as many Outsiders as we lose. Those who vanish. LILITH tells me only that those who disappear are safe at home.
[But what if you know that person is no longer alive or safe back home? He doesn't believe them.]
