And while technically she has just enough mana to drop said lightning bolt on him... It would be really unsafe with his friend nearby. And that would cause her to take a really ridiculous risk just to get back at an annoying kid.
What she does though is take the empty bandage box and fling it right at him! Easily avoidable, her movements are really slow and sluggish. In fact, she winces and holds her arm right after that. She somehow hurt herself. ]
