So long as they are not in critical condition, they will live even if we do not tend to their injuries immediately. As medical providers, we must ensure we do not collapse and add to the burden of the remaining medical staff.

[ Perhaps reframing their rest as a necessity to ensure the healing process goes smoothly would help Raidou relax somewhat. The man overworks himself far too much, though it's not as if Ratio is in any position to comment. What he does have over Raidou, however, is that he is taking breaks appropriately.

When Raidou voices his hope, coloured so deeply with grief, Ratio realizes: his earlier thoughts about LILITH's technology were naive.

I would not place your faith in them. Should they succeed, it will be a pleasant surprise. However, I have only seen one person accomplish what may be considered a true revival, and she is a member of the Genius Society.
