[ A poetry quotation! That's been awhile for him. They're good words, words he tries to keep in mind, especially now that the future seems so unbearably long for him.
There's the indication he's responding more. Then it stops. He wants to express something, he wants to use words humans and humanoids use when someone means so much to them. But he can't. It doesn't seem right, like he's not allowed to be that familiar or feel so keenly.
He is Godzilla. He has a distant dignity he must maintain, even with one he calls Kin, right? ]
