A god that helps people is an admirable one. (Having seen a people left to fend for themselves without any sort of divine intervention... even he'd had no choice but to sit back and watch... Well, he wishes he could see a god who can just do more.) I've heard the people of this era don't pray to gods as much as they used to.
... But from my experience, there's always someone who calls out in a time of need.
