[He's seen Raidou re-prioritize twice before. From rescinding himself to the supporting lines of any future fight to retreating into a more mechanical state, both of which ended up being undone later on as he eventually flowed back. He wishes he could help his friend realize none of this is his fault, that human feelings and emotions (even the negative ones) are okay to have, that he hasn't done anything "wrong" that needs him to go out and try to put himself back to some other fucking arrangement to see if that one works and doesn't hurt as much.
But... he's not Raidou's parent or guardian. Telling him what to do with his life... isn't his place. But he will glare at him if Raidou comes back from his sojourn a bit wonky. That's for future self to deal with.
Katsuki walks beside Raidou, not forcing him to trail behind like some child being led to the bathroom. Occasional tilts of his shoulder and turn of his hand encourages him to move and change direction through the weird tunnels and halls, until they leave gray behind and emerge into a warmer-than-should-be air. Kyoto, despite lying in ruins, hasn't seen any kaiju battles lately, so is mostly quiet and overgrown with greenery that survived the winter.

But it's peaceful, with a gentle sun.]
