[With all the hoopla being made over those who score a good hit or the kill on a kaiju month after month, it's finally started to get to Yato, who's standing staring at the various winner-inspired goods with big, watery eyes. For a thousand years he's longed for the acknowledgement and adoration of the masses so that he'd never fade away, but there's also always been a part of him that craved the praise, the approval of the humans he's come to love. So when faced with missing his chance at the big time yet again, he finds old wounds opened up.

Even as he goes around collecting goodies celebrating his friends, he munches on the Chalk-Mate "food", heedless of how it's turning to powder as he chews piece after piece. Sniffing sadly, he lets out a food(?)-muffled wail, spewing chalky dust everywhere.]

[Another venue, another opportunity to make some sales and get his name out there--! Since LILITH won't do it, it falls to him to do some self-promoting. And this time around Yato has set up a booth at the Artist's Alley, peddling plushies of himself and Hiyori. They're reasonably priced and come with his standard business card detailing his services as a Delivery God of Fortune and Kaiju Wrangler. He may not be a big name hitter (yet), but dammit, he's helped with the kaiju fights, too!

So it is that he's wearing a headband reading his name "夜ト", banging away on his table with a paper fan while yelling into a megaphone to attract attention.]
