Lacking. Since these are elective procedures, they save the anesthesia for true emergencies and necessities.

LILITH does have some weaponry available. I have each of their elemental swords, in the hopes that one will be extra useful against whatever kaiju. LILITH can also apparently sometimes bring items from home to you - perhaps you could ask them about your weapons.
