However it is my understanding the Imugi and Canid of Braศov are the only Kaiju the packs have faced that possessed intellect, this is an insufficient numberage to make informed conclusions from ๐คทโโ๏ธ.
All that appears clear to myself is the Rifts hold some part to this.
