Documenting a transformation is a little different... I could try and do it slowly to show you, but it's something that's intuitive so I'm used to doing it fast. It's like a sneeze--it's automatic and difficult to interrupt. There are a few 3D diagrams, but they get really complex really fast trying to keep track of all the moving parts.
