It sounds like common complaints people have about organized corporations or groups of people with self interests. Not that he completely disagrees with the gundam pilot on that... but... someone's certainly jaded and biased for a reason.
As the building safely collapses, Bakugou has to once again wonder about LILITH and their concern for people outside their cities. Was it them who ran these people out one way or another? Or was it these people who decided not to live where LILITH claimed it was safe? Who knows. He'll have to ask around. And that's not his strong point.
