( Nodding, he follows Yor into her room, as his eyes scan their surroundings: the floral, the shades of pinks and reds, and the traditional wooden furniture all suit her in a cute way, he thinks. Past her harsh, assassin exterior, and ability to ruthlessly kill, she was still quite soft, deep down.
Not unlike him, really.
A soft smile twinges as the corners of his lips, as he watches her arrange the bouquet into the vase. He put quite a bit of effort into picking them out for her, so to know she appreciated the gesture was reassuring, like he could feel the heat rising up in his chest...
[ With the bouquet settled, Yor goes back to her vanity to apply her lipstick. The pink color is very much her. Not too deep or vibrant as to draw attention away from her eyes. A quick check assures her there are no obvious smudges or that she hasn't drawn outside the lines of her lips, and she stands upright in satisfaction before facing him again. ]
( His eyes fall on Yor as she applies her lipstick, thinking idly to himself that the pink hue suits her well, and extends his hand out to her as she returns. )
Of course. ( Then tilts his head, asking: ) Would you like to take the train, or would you prefer to walk?
( He has no qualms with either, but figures he would leave the choice up to her. )
[ Really, the choice is more difficult than she'd like to admit. The trains here are so fast! But it's not at all difficult to walk around either, and you get to places almost as quickly.
She makes her decision by the time her hand reaches back out toward his palm. ]
I suppose it depends on what you had planned? If we'll be sitting a lot, walking would be a good counter for that!
I was planning on taking you to a restaurant in the business district. ( Technically, one that isn't even in operation yet, but that's a surprise for future Yor. ) So, I'm thinking we could take the train over, and walk back-- if that's okay with you.
( He offers, considering they wouldn't want to tire themselves before arrival, but fond of the idea of enjoying her company on the way back. )
[ While she doesn't think she'd get tired out from a walk, she can't say the idea is a bad one. The trains here are so sleek and fast, and riding in one always feels like she's some kind of VIP! ]
That's not a bad suggestion! The walking will be better for digestion.
( In fairness to Yor... she won't be the one cooking this evening. And with that, he leads her outside the base, and to the train station.

Almost, were it not for several tables one could see from the window. It's at that point Kiritsugu removes a key from his suit pocket, unlatching the lock before holding the door open before her. )
[ Yor's expectations for the restaurant are pretty much an amorphous cloud of question marks. She's the type to be pleased with any outing, but still the sight of Kiritsugu taking out a key for the location in question leaves her gaping. ]
Oh wow! Do you own this restaurant, Kiritsugu?
[ It's not a Michelin Star restaurant, but she's still impressed. It looks so comfortable inside, inviting even! ]
