[ the last time they had a sleepover, they'd joked around on who will be the next to be summoned by LILITH. they'd brought up gregor or sinclair or even heathcliff, but... nope. they just had the worst draw of the bunch with the presence of vergilius here, and in brimstone no less. it's just a HECK of an outcome, and... well. ish is having none of that. at least not right now.

and so she is here, blanket and pillow in tow as she walks down the halls of redemption until she stops in front of rodion's door. she's already told the other sinner ahead of time, so she's just going to knock on the door and wait. ]

[Well, they really did lose the lottery when LILITH plucked their boss out of all people to use for their cause. Plus when she found out that Vergilius got placed into Brimstone with Ishmael, she had to held back from making an long, exaggerated "oof" noise. Her expression already told enough words.

Rodya yawns as she opens the door for Ishmael, already dressed for bed in an oversized shirt and pajama pants before going back to crawling in bed. Her room is basically Ishmael's room at this point so make yourself at home, bestie.]

Rough night over there, huh?

[She's not going to sleep anytime soon, she's basically been winding down and relaxing before her heavy thoughts kick in and she passes out after too much thinking.]

Eh, it's not actually that bad. [ she shrugs as she walks past rodya in her own oversized shirt and short shorts. ] He's staying at the other end of the hall, thankfully. But the idea of being in the same team as him is...

[ her voice trails off like YEAH rodya should know what she's talking about. why couldn't it be one of the sinners, man. as if brimstone isn't already stacked with enough crazies.

she places her pillow and blanket onto rodya's bed and produces a little cardboard box out of it. ]

Anyway, surprise. [ she holds out a box of assorted donut holes with a small smirk on her face. ] Figured that I can't stay here without a food offering.

[Every time when Ishmael brings food over for her... She is quick to open the box from Ishmael's hands and pop one in her mouth. It's soft and delicious that she is grabbing two more.]

Ishy, you are so good to me~ [She pats her bed with her free hand. Don't worry, she will knock off any stray crumbs when they drop.]

I guess it could always be worse on who else could show up... But, hey, there is a chance he could chill out a little bit here. As long as we don't piss him off too much, we should be fine.

[This feels like the times when he was a Fixer on his lonesome, honestly. With no Company besides two ladies who are clearly unhappy to have him around, he's a bit listless, dragging himself to the nearest seedy bar to sink into his thoughts as to what comes next.]

[He grunts into his drink, something strong and nasty and burning, before he notices movement nearby. A new guest to the bar.]

I can imagine the implants being a total pain for him, what with his eyes and all. Those have got to be bioaugmented too.

Yeah. Wonder if the implants will mess up on those with augmented eyes to begin with... Plus how is it going to work on someone with a non-human head with no 'eyes'? Using Dante as an example.

[Another day of getting out into the city and do some personal errands. She checked some new things out, grabbed the basic necessities from the one of the several convenience stores that could be on every corner, and taking a break in a bar is always nice. You can't beat a cold drink after doing some running around.

She prides herself on her odds on life, but the chance on running into your boss in the same bar... Damn, small world. Rodya still pulls up a chill smile for him since she is used to those frowns by now.]

Hey, Verg is here~ [She goes up to bar to take a seat, leaving one empty seat in between her and the Red Gaze.]

[As soon as the bartender takes notice of her, she orders herself a glass of beer this time and she sets her plastic bag in the chair on her other side.]

['Us' being the two Sinners that arrived months ago. She got her beer and lets out a long sigh after the first sip. It hit the spot. Her eyes do glance at him before moving towards look at the wall behind the bar, the stuff that is in front of her as she takes a moment to think.]
