Sure, he's seen people have abilities and powers, but its all stuff that you'd buy, with technology and surgeries. The ball of ice gets his glance, before he lets them focus back on the other's face.

Shoto nods his head, answering easily that way but also verbally. "Yes. My mother has the ability to use cold temperatures, and my father has the ability to use hot temperatures. It doesn't manifest to us until we're four though, so I haven't used it my entire life."
