[Between attending classes and kaiju battles, Izuku has been using a lot of his free time to slowly explore the city, scouting out every inch for places of interest and hangout spots for when being at base starts to feel a bit claustrophobic. So far he's managed to find an array of shops, a movie theater, and an arcade that he enjoys frequenting. But today he branches out to an area in town that he hasn't explored much.
Almost instantly he's drawn to the cat cafe, both from the allure of grabbing a drink and a snack, and at the prospect of getting to pet some cats. He grabs a table in the corner, next to the front window as well as one of the cat trees that is currently being habited by two tabby cats. He watches them for a moment, a smile tugging on his lips, until he catches a flash of pink out of the corner of his eye that draws his attention.]

[He's startled to see her crossing the cafe. But then again, he's never asked her what she does here when not on a mission.]
