( she hesitates a moment as he offers to return with her, lips parting before they resolve to a close once more after a beat. his gaze is cast away from her, but it's not exactly unfriendly — would it be so bad, accepting his help? he could always come back once he's gotten her back to the portal, and they weren't far... much as she were keen to be there for others, she hasn't exactly learned the most graceful way to accept others giving her the same in return.

finally, she nods, wrapping her hand around the arm that's offered and starting the trek back toward neo tokyo's portal. )
