[Raidou himself is returning to the shrine after a day out in the festival. Partly to check on how things are going with his coworkers, and if they need any help; but also to finally get some quiet and to wind down in the calm of the shrine's trees.
The digital wishes are a neat effect to see, but no substitute for the real thing. That's why he's delighted to see someone not just writing a wish on a real piece of paper, but who's doing it, too.
