[Rounding up some sick, aggressive cats shouldn’t be that hard. The biggest challenge for Akagi and her partner might be finding the feral felines. Then again, if the cats are as violent and territorial as their description has led Akagi to believe, it shouldn't be too difficult. Just follow the sounds of screams and people running away from cats! She’s also capable of finding them by other means.

The real problem, she figured, is in actually capturing the cats without harming them.]

I can launch a scout and give us some eyes in the sky, so to speak.

[It would undoubtedly beat just running around or wandering about and listening out for shouts of people being harassed by said felines over their food. Though, they could always do that as well! In Akagi's opinion, it would be the more troublesome route to take, especially when Akagi is still getting used to the layout of this new Tokyo that she’s found herself in.]

Which Way Is Up?

[Oh, but getting lost in these winding, dark tunnels is extremely easy. They are difficult to navigate, ruined, intermittently powered here and there, desolate malls, destroyed exits and staircases that lead to nowhere, and so on. Indeed, it is not precisely where a person would want to be on their own or without prior knowledge of the tunnel's layout or a reliable map.

And now? In those dark tunnels, flickering lights could be visible, slowly and gradually drawing closer. There’s no sign of footfalls; if there are, they are very faint—very light. Occasionally, the view of the lights is blocked out by something, a figure of some sort, potentially large and blob-like. However, it isn’t easy to determine exactly what it is, only that it’s continuing to move towards you without pause. Drawing-

That would truly be the dream. Snuggling kitties, feeding kitties, getting a bunch of cat toys and playing with them while also being their catnip dealer! One day, perhaps!

Perhaps.

For now, however, the kitties that they must face are not the snuggling type. Thereby ruining the dream of enjoying kitty paradise.

"I can do that without lifting a finger. And more" Far, far more... no, no doing more than is necessary! Just herd the kitties into a place where they can hold them until animal control can come and collect them all. It's fine, they're just cats anyway! "Can you survive a vicious attack from a cat gang~?"

It's said lightly and playfully as Akagi waits to get a ping back from her aircraft.

While Kitty Paradise is a thing they can both aspire to, Shoto is busy trying to figure out what the and more part of that statement could be. He hasn't met any other fire users here and technically Bakugo isn't.

"I think I could." Comes his confident reply. "I might be scratched, but I think I could." He hopes he could, the more he thinks about it the more frightening it sounds in its long run. "...What is the more? If I'm prying, it's alright not to answer but I'm curious."

"You think, or you know?" There's a difference between the two, and he sounds so confident in his answer too! Either way Akagi is simply teasing him while they wait. It likely won't take long until their targets are spotted in some alleyway, on a random street corner anyway.

"The more is the unpleasant option. And the one we won't be doing today."

Unless, that is, Kittyzilla decides to show up and attack Tokyo! Which is probably unlikely. "Once we manage to locate some cats, I can lure them your way and you can trap them."

That is, if he survives the ordeal of a vicious cat attack!? Joking, jokin~.

Shoto is teasable, this is valid activity. The light hearted ribbing of sorts and her tone makes him understand that's the end goal. "I know." He clarifies, his own voice even and sincere. While he doesn't really change expression much, there is a tiny inflection in his voice that says he understands.

Unpleasant is not what he's here for today, they'll have enough of that in the form of cats and claws. "Understood." But, since she's doing the scouting, he can certainly do the cat-pturing. "That's something I can do. Make certain to try to keep them going through thinner alleyways, it'll make it easier in the long run. I'll leave the barricades a little jagged so it's easy for you to climb."

"Aha, good~! That's a more confident answer." And something she prefers over one that offers uncertainty. Especially when all she's seen here so far has been uncertainty. It really brings the mood down, something that Akagi doesn't particularly want, or need, right now.

"Thank you, but that won't be necessary. I won't be following them down the alleys myself." She can just create more planes for that. Have them harass and frighten the cats forward and further into the trap. "Besides, if I can climb out, then it might just give them a way to escape as well. We can't be having any of that."
