WHO: everyone!
WHAT: the firefighters put out a calendar every year and guess who is getting everyone involved.
WHERE: the venue for the photoshoot, somewhere in the city.
WHEN: within the first week of their arrival.
WARNINGS: nudity or partial nudity? will update warnings as they come.
The firefighters are looking for models to assist in their yearly calendar. Last year due to some mishaps, they missed the due date for this beloved tradition in the city, and so are not looking to really make sure everything is flawless this year. Since is no error for mistakes, they are even recruiting people to model as firefighters, as well as looking for people who can act as temporary photographers— in a city as busy as this one, it isnβt always easy booking a photographer for certain time slots.β¨
everyone is free to put up their top levels and tag around as they see fit. you can see it as you were messaged by someone randomly on the network about an opportunity to make additional kyptos, or they could have even found an ad. whatever works!

1. As a photographer they are tasked to make the calendar spicy, but also unique! They figure one of the best selling points is variety. No more poses, the more avant-garde, the weirder even, the better! Like if your thing is posing with a carton of eggs, you do you!NOTE: hi, this is the log for the firefighter calendar!
2. Models are incentivized and even ranked (this is arbitrary, so I leave that all to you), so maybe this can also lift the competitive spirit of some! Or maybe you just really want to make some extra kryptos!
3. Outside of photographers and models, also looking for people who can enhance the overall experience. Do coffee runs for everyone, while also hyping or judging the models! Whatever they say fit! People can even stumble into these roles thinking they were here for a completing different reason! Or go out on an errand to come back and suddenly everyone is not as they once were.
4. Just have fun and free to make up your own scenarios! Even if it's walking in like π§ββοΈ I thought this was a pizza party.

That's no different from picking fights with an old man, after all.
[ and he's often lumped in with the women and children, which works well for him for many reasons and not just the fact that he dislikes fighting. if anything, the idea that he's lazy and nonchalant of everything only allows people to lower their guard.
do we really want them to share the eggs? ...
in any case, jing yuan picks up the tray and holds it out to yuwon, taking a couple right after and cradling it in his hands. ]

but, as he holds out the tray. he grabs a few eggs in his own hands, before focusing back on him. ] Grab as many as you can hold and then stand over there. [ he brushes his shoulder against jing yuan's, as if showing him the direction of where the photographer wanted them.
why is this a recipe for disaster... ]

the shoulder bump is enough of a gesture for him to understand what they're meant to do and where they're meant to stand. after all, this isn't entirely his first stint when it comes to posing or modeling; he's simply declined the offer, for the most part, back in the luofu due to his responsibilities and the fact that this is exhausting work.
in any case, jing yuan trails after yuwon, standing next to him until the photographer starts directing them. for a moment, he blinks at the instruction, amused, before he holds an egg in one hand and rests the elbow on yuwon's shoulder.
the rest of the eggs are cradled in his other hand, right underneath his chest. ]

abandoned with an armful of eggs
but, almost as soon as they're left wondering, they're loosely told it's for an easter bunny shoot. look, they're even handing jing yuan a bunny ear headband to put on his head, even as his arms are quite clearly full. it's complete chaos in a way, and yuwon seems to be eyeing him from the side as if studying his reaction amdist all of this. to be honest, this is usually where yuwon would have figured someway to stealthily make his escape, but maybe he's anchored here just out of the sheer fact that he does... feel semi-responsible for this.
it is his place of work, after all, even if he has no actual ties of loyalty to this place. some things were more about the principle. for now, at least. that said, he seems to encourage jing yuan with an almost smug smile. ] Hurry and put it on. Seems like it'll suit you and that hair of yours.
yuwon would make a good egg dad
jing yuan looks at the headband with amused disbelief, taking and inspecting it without question for a moment. a moment later, he puts it on, the color of the ears blending well with his hair. it doesn't help either that his head is essentially a nest of fluffy strands.
still, before the photographer can start shooting, he lifts a hand, a wide smile tugging at his lips. ]
Shouldn't the gentleman I'm with also receive a role? Perhaps as a child receiving his gifts from this bunny.
[ the suggestion has the director and photographer murmuring with each other. and it's not long before one of the assistants moves forward to offer yuwon an especially colorful bowtie, suspenders and a beret.
go on, go wear them, yuwon-sshi. ]

realistically, he should have seen this coming. but, while he understands the conventions of his own world painfully well, he can't say that necessarily applies to this place, nor the other outsiders. hence...
he somehow is being swindled right into this. clearly, he's made some sort of misstep here and he's paying in full. before he knows it, since he's just been standing there in disbelief, the assistant already seems to be placing the beret on his head, and the bow tie on him. ]

it's reflexes that has jing yuan shifting his hands just enough to miss yuwon's attempt to break them, smiling at the camera as it clicked and flashed, capturing pictures of them. the director instructs them to move around more and make it rather dynamic.
well, it can't get more dynamic with jing yuan trying to avoid yuwon's ire while continuing to tease him, right? like the easter bunny ribbing the kid who's supposed to receive the eggs. ]

the fact that he's somehow playing into this angle only serves to annoy him further. but, as they say— realization is half the battle. he seems to catch himself immediately, instead choosing to give him a very pointed look. which, could probably also be playing into the angle of a kid pouting...

except, yuwon is nowhere as cute as a kid. gruffly, he speaks: ] Are you really having that much fun?

jing yuan has to keep himself from laughing though, briefly looking away to stile whatever amusement that wishes to show itself on his face. the photographer tells them to behave, and jing yuan clears his throat, once more posing in their direction. ]
Should we not enjoy this? I'm always of the belief that one's job should be enjoyed, no matter how ridiculous it may seem at first.

I can't even imagine how these photos are going to turn out. [ says yuwon as he realizes they had also stuffed a lolipop in his back pocket. what image are they even selling here. whatever it is... he doesn't like it. ]

jing yuan is a master at these kinds of situations, having several individuals back at home scold him for simply dozing off or lounging around despite his work having been completed. and thus, he can easily navigate through these circumstances while still maintaining the ability to tease and rib. ]

and then he wonders why yuwon can't view him as anything but trouble. this exchange only furthers that initial impression, and somehow it sticks. he isn't sure if the man could be considered agreeable or incorrigible, but he supposed it wasn't exactly the wrong stance to have in this case.
hence, he lets them take the pictures they want with little to no more words of disapproval.
that is until he sees the end is near: ]

whether they're done with all the photos or not, he begins removing his bow tie. ] I think we've had enough.
