( OPEN ) we are here and going to make it everyone's problem

(The fun thing about being taken and thrown into a new place is no one really knows you so when Tsurumaru Kuninaga is missing from dinner, he's sure no one really notices. Eventually someone will learn that whenever he's missing for too long, he's probably up to something if he doesn't actually have something to do.

He returns some time towards the end of dinner, when most people have probably begun to settle a bit for the evening. He stumble-dashes back to the base with an armful of plastic shopping bags and oooh he is definitely up to something…)

& SET UP

In the Everlight wing, they need to do some ☆re-arranging☆. Some desks and chairs need to be borrowed from rooms to drag outside for the food. While they're at it, they might as well grab the blankets and pillows too. They might also have to figure out what appropriate music to play. So maybe someone knocks on your door to commandeer your furniture and time. Or maybe they figure out a way to play music so everyone can hear and you end up drawn out by music.

Maybe you get sent out to buy more snacks and drinks for everyone while you're standing around with nothing to do. Let's go, Everlights. It's time to drag people into early shenanigans.

& FOOD & GAMES

There is plenty of food to be found. Check out the mixed bottles of different flavored sodas and teas, assorted chocolates, and other sweets from the convenience stores. Eventually, a couple of pizzas and a few more substantial things might show up on the table. Some of them are traditional flavors characters will be used to seeing but others may… be more out there. There sure are a lot of more experimental foods combinations in the future, huh? Have you ever tried coffee-flavored water? Yogurt-flavored potato chips? Flaming hot lava chocolate? What about calamari Oreo pizza? Well, now is your chance.

There are also stacks of playing cards and maybe some other silly toys and games from whatever is the equivalent of a dollar/pound store in the future.The 100 Kryptos store? Which version of UNO do you know how to play? Do you know how to play Werewolf or Mafia? There are plenty of bottles to spin. Give someone a call and see if they answer or else you have to eat one of those cursed pizza slices. Of course, when enough people gather around, there are plenty of other ways to make your own fun.

& CHILL

For more introverted characters that might want a quieter place to hang out, some Everlight has probably left their room open. Pillows and blankets have been piled into the room to make it a quieter, more laidback place to hang out. When was the last time you made a pillow fort?

Hello, Tsuru gets bored easily and he wants everyone to have ☆good vibes☆ because bad vibes make him sad so he is steamrolling and dragging people into slumber party shenanigans. It's in the Everlight wing but other characters can hop over if they're curious or dragged in. I asked the mods about the potential consequences of staying the night and they said it would be fine for the slumber party so go wild.

We used to match seashells. (Like matching cards with pictures on them.) Or do tricks with a ball.

(Juggling and kicking and playing keep away which seems very childish these days.)

The boring ones would play board games with stones.

(Like shogi or go which are all good and fun but he'd rather play a game that involves being more active than just sitting around. Something where they have to leap across the floor to catch a corresponding card or get up and show off what they can do with a temari was more exciting.)

he accepts the cookie while idly wondering if anyone has bothered to bring tea; he's had one earlier, and it's too sweet for him. probably not, he doesn't think those in their team are tea drinkers of any sort. ]

Matching seashells sounds like a very distant game where I'm from. [ records from the old xianzhou were already gone. ] But I don't see why it can't be done here other than a lack of shells.

(There may be some green or jasmine tea somewhere... but even if Tsurumaru is a tea drinker himself, how could he go with boring old tea when there were so many other options to choose from???)

The sea? (He looks up, seemingly more interested at the idea of going on a fieldtrip instead,) Are you going to help me look for shells?

[ jing yuan simply smiles at that. boring is never a word that he'd decline being described as; boring means unassuming, reticent, someone who wouldn't cause any kind of chaos. if it's any kind of trouble, he'd prefer not to have to deal with it at the very last moment even if it means an exciting life.

the excitement comes from those who underestimate him. ]

[ truth be told, he only wants to see the sea again, but looking and picking shells seem like a worthwhile endeavor to do at the same time. ]

(The spirit is quiet and he looks over towards one of the open rooms, as if hoping to catch a glimpse of their window from their position. Even if he could, it doesn't really offer much. It's night, the neon lights are bright, the city is probably noisy, the weather is as cold and fair as it's been since they arrived,)

[ one would think that, after all the excitement and the hours spent hosting this gather, he would've managed to drain himself of his energy. but as it stands, jing yuan is dealing with someone as excitable and spirited as the younger xianzhou natives.

[ winter is simply a concept back in the luofu. it's a well-known phenomenon in other worlds, and they still religiously follow the current star calendar. but when you're living on a ship traveling through space, seasons don't exist. hence jing yuan remains as he is: full of life despite his outward laziness.

he smiles, closing the door behind them and trailing after the seemingly younger male. ]

(Because for all of his whimsy, Tsurumaru Kuninaga is always careful when it comes to maintaining his image. He would never lose control of himself and let his mouth run. If he says anything or behaves a certain way... it will always be because it's how he wants to be perceived, especially around people he doesn't know.)

But with good company, there's always something to muse about; whether it be a poem, a song, or just idle chatter~

I suppose you're right. Good company is just as effective as inebriation when it comes to loosening tongues.

[ some conversations can only blossom with the right person, the right group of individuals even without being plied with alcohol. jing yuan has found that there's very few who manage to satisfy that for him, however; there's only so many people in the luofu who could match him in terms of drinking ... or in terms of tragedy. ]
