[ Ah Gebura. With every word she climbs higher and higher to usurp Malkuth's spot as his favorite Library. (Just kidding.) One of the civilians swings a weak punch; he counters it easy and sends the guy falling back down to the sand.

[ No bet losing yet, at least, and she huffs irritably as she plants a heel in the chest of a civilian, shoving them back. ]

[ Whoa. 😳 He may be dating now but even he can appreciate that solid foot to the chest. And in heels, no less. ]

Why do I get the feeling that very little would stop you from doing what needs to be done?

Because that's the truth of it. I guess I've got kind of a reputation for being stubborn.

Nothing wrong with that. In conditions like these-

Probably longer than you should, in some cases. [ With a hint of wry, but she takes a moment to look around, to make sure no one else is charging them within the next few seconds.

So far, so clear, though that probably won't last long. ]

Well, that's a Fixer's life for you, I guess. Even though I'm technically retired.
