in truth, gojo has never envisioned a long life for himself. it was neither something he particularly coveted nor feared. he would much rather have a short yet thrilling life than a long but uneventful one. despite his loss to sukuna, he got what he wanted in the end, didn't he? he had fun. he was satiated. but while he thought that he would be done with the world after death, the world — or more accurately, LILITH — had other plans for him.
