We have an entire society to rebuild. There are a lot of mistakes we have to address as heroes, and villains.

I don't know. I haven't thought that far ahead.

[ Yuji sighs, looking pensive. ]

I was too prepared to die, so I didn't think too much about the future. I guess we'll have to try and rebuild too.

It sounds like the sorcerer society could use an overhaul.

[Yuji and his friends and allies should be able rebuild a better society, one that doesn't treat sorcerers like expendable tools.]

That's the impression I've been getting.

[ Things aren't good, but Yuji had joined so late in his life that he never grasped the true horrors of it all. ]

But we can work on that after.

[ Reaching out, Yuji pokes Katsuki in the head. ]

[Oy. Katsuki "glares" at him before nudging Yuji in the rib. Poke!]

Orange.

[Green and black are secondary.]

I don't really have one, but I think pink and red are fine. Yellow too.

[ He shrugs his shoulders. ]

Truth me.

[Those colors suit Yuji. Yellow's a good color for him.]

Once we get the option, will you go home or make sure everyone else gets out of here first?

I'll make sure everyone gets home first.

[ That's an easy one. ]

Especially Megumi and the others.

They'll probably drag you in after them or wait with you.

[Said with a small, amused scoff. A few people would probably do that.]

Sure, but I'm strong enough to hold back for a little while.

[ Gojo-sensei and Toji-san might stay here... He doesn't know about Kugisaki and the others. ]

[Katsuki would be staying behind to make sure everyone got through as well, so that'll... end up being a fight or something. A stupid, stubborn, amusing fight.]

[ Yuji pauses to really think this through. ]

Do a backflip.

[blastedass]

[Really thought hard on that one.]

Tch, I'm comfortable here.

[Minor protest. Leaning against Yuji and all.]

In a minute, then.

[ Lifting his hand, he ruffles Katsuki's hair. ]

[blastedass]

Shut up.

[But he'll take his minute.]

... I'm glad you're here with me.

[eyescar]

Me too.

[ Yuji closes his eyes, softening against Katsuki and relaxing, some of that final tension bleeding away. ]

I'm glad we were able to meet.

[blastedass]

Hmph.

[It's nice to feel the tension softening. Nice to have let Yuji have a peek into his world. He'll tell him more.

But finally nudges his shoulder so they can both separate.

Backflip. Katsuki stands up, dusts his butt off, takes a quick stance, and jump backwards. No problem at all, legs tuck up, body rotates, and he lands on his feet easily.]

Ha! How's that?

[eyescar]

[ The separation makes him pout for a moment before he realises what's going on, and then he's shifting to the side to watch.

Katsuki flips, and Yuji cheers. ]

That looked so cool!

[blastedass]

[You're such a dork, Yuji. Katsuki's grinning like a gremlin because he's awesome.]

I learned that when I was five.

[eyescar]

You were that kind of kid.

[ Yuji nods his head sagely. ]

That makes sense. I was too busy running around to practice that kind of thing.

Isn't that part of running around?

[Katsuki returns to sit next to Yuji. Little kid stuff, learning kartwheels and flips and all those things.]

I guess, but I was busy as a kid too.

[ Helping out his grandpa and everything. ]

Looking after your grandfather and attending school, huh.

[Katsuki knows Yuji's parents are gone.]
